A Water attack.
Water Attack is a type of sticker power-up that adds damage to attacks imbued with water, such as Squirtle's Down Smash. Squirtle is the only character to possess water damage on its attacks, while Mario's F.L.U.D.D. doesn't do any damage (all it does it push the enemy).
