This forum is similar to KirbiMiroir's Matchmaking blog/forum.

How would you want to Nerf or Buff each character?

How I would nerf/buff each character:
General: Nerf Dodgerolling and Air Dodging now has a 0.75 second cooldown.

Sheik: Nerf Fair has more end lag but 3% more damage and slightly more knockback. This means Sheik can no longer combo Fairs into more Fairs.
Buff Dash attack sweetspot does 2% more damage
Buff Down Smash does 5% more damage
Buff Fully charged Neutral B does 1% more damage
Nerf Burst Grenade has a little more end lag.
Nerf Side tilt does more knockback making her unable to combo side tilts into more side tilts.

Luigi: Nerf Up Tilt does slightly more knockback, making him unable to Up Tilt combo spam.
Nerf Down Smash and Up Smash have slightly more end lag and start lag.

Meta Knight: Nerf All Smash Attacks have slightly more end lag.

Zelda: Buff Fair and Bair sourspot does more knockback and 1% more damage.
Buff Side B no longer makes Zelda helpless if used in midair

Link: Nerf Link cannot move for a few frames after throwing his boomerangs.

Ness: Nerf PK Fire cannot be used it the fire from hitting the opponent with the PK Fire is still in effect.
Nerf Sweetspot and sourspot does 1% less damage.
Nerf last hit if down throw does 2% less damage.
Nerf PK Thunder projectile does 2% less damage.
Nerf Bair does 3% less damage.
Buff Front hit of Up Smash does 3% more damage and Back hit of Up Smash does 2% more damage.

Notice Down Tilt late hit does 2% less damage but clean hit does 1% more damage.

Wii Fit Trainer: Nerf Neutral B takes longer to charge. This is to stop players from going off stage to just to charge Neutral B without dying or getting punished.

Kirby: Buff Bair sourspot does more knockback.
Buff Forward Smash sourspot does more knockback.
Buff Slightly faster air speed.
Buff Up Throw kill earlier (at around 120-130%
Buff Ground Up B starts up faster
Nerf Nair has slightly more landing lag, making it harder to combo after it.

Little Mac: Buff Little Mac doesn't go off stage if he uses Side B near the ledge when on the ground.
Nerf Dash attack and Forward Smash have a little more ending lag.
Nerf All Smash attacks are a little slower
Buff Nair does 1% more damage

Mii Brawler: Buff Down Throw does less knockback, making him able to do combos at higher percents and can true combo with Up Tilt.
Buff Fair and Bair has more Knockback Growth.
Buff Using Piston Punch in midair no longer leaves Mii Brawler helpless.

Shulk: Nerf Down Smash lasts shorter.
Buff Smash Attacks and Dash Attack have Super Armor during the Shield Monado.
Notice During the Speed Monado all attacks have less end and start lag but are also slightly weaker in damage and knockback.
Nerf Nair has a little more landing lag
Buff Fair sweetspot and sourspot does 2% more damage.
Nerf Slightly reduce range of the Monado (the reason is I saw a video on Instagram with a Shulk KOing a Diddy with and Up air under the stage while Diddy was on stage and the Up Air hit Diddy.)

Robin: Nerf Can't use any B moves other than Elwind if opponent is trapped in Arcfire or Arcthunder.

Jigglypuff: Buff Fully charged Rollout has Super Armor.

Mario: Nerf Up tilt does more knockback, making him unable to up tilt spam.
Nerf All Smash Attacks has a little more end lag and start lag.
Buff Sourspot Bair does more knockback.
Nerf Bair sweetspot has more knocback growth, making Mario unable to combo Bairs into Bairs at higher percents.
Nerf Bair has sightly more end lag
Nerf Mario has slower run and air speed
Nerf Dash attack has more end lag
Nerf Up Air has less hitstun and a little more end lag

Marth/Lucina: Nerf Nuetral B has a little more end lag.

Duck Hunt: Nerf Wild Gunman's shot has less range.
Nerf Clay Shooting shots have smaller hitboxes.
Nerf Smash Attacks have slightly smaller hitboxes.
Nerf Forward Smash has a little less range.
Nerf Neutral B has a 10 cooldown to be used again after the can explodes

Pikachu: Nerf Thunder (if it hits Pikachu) has more end lag.

Captain Falcon: Nerf Falcon Kick does 2% less damage.
Nerf Down Smash has slightly more end lag.

Wario: Buff Dash Attack Sweetspot does 1% more damage.
Buff Down Smash Does 1% more damage
Buff First hit of Nair does 1% more damage.
Buff Back Throw does 2% more damage.

Sonic:Nerf Sonic no longer has a Sweetspot or Sourspot for his Nair and it now does 9% damage.
Buff the hitbox for his Fair is now also on his legs and feet (which it didn't previously have.)
Nerf Forward Smash has more end lag
Nerf Neutral B has more end lag

Toon Link: Nerf Toon Link cannot move for a few frames after using his boomerang.
Nerf Dair does 4% less damage.
Nerf Fair does 2% less damage.
Buff Bair does 2% more damage.
Nerf Toon Link's Sword is slightly smaller making most of his attacks has less range
Nerf boomerang dies more knockback and less hitstun which can no longer be comboed into other attacks.

Dr. Mario: Buff Up Tilt's base knockback and knockback growth increased, making him unable to up tilt combo spam but now kills at around 120%.
Nerf Down Smash has more end lag.
Nerf Up Smash has more end lag.
Nerf Dash attack has more end lag.

Mii Gunner: Buff Dash Attack does 2% more damage.
Buff Smash Attacks do slightly more damage.

Diddy Kong: Notice Diddy Kong now has a 1% chance to get an unpeeled banana instead of a banana peel when using Down B. The unpeeled banana heals 10% damage but if Diddy King gets hit before he eats the banana he will drop it and the opponent will be able to eat it and recover HP.
Buff Fair and Bair have more knockback growth.
Buff Up Smash does 3% more damage
Nerf Fair does 2% less damage

Buff Dair has a little less landing lag
Nerf Fair has a little more start lag.

Palutena: Buff Fair lasts a little longer.

Pac-Man: Notice Nair no longer has a sourspot or Sweetspot and now does 8% damage.
Nerf Dash Attack has more end lag

King Dedede: Nerf Down Tilt has a little more end lag.
Nerf Up B does less shield damage

Mii Swordfighter: Buff Fair and Bair has more Knockback Growth.
Buff Down Smash does 1% more damage
Buff Forward Smash does 2% more damage and slightly less ending lag

Corrin: Nerf Side B has more end lag.
Nerf Down air has more landing lag.

Lucario: Nerf Side and Down Smash have a little bit more end lag.

Ryu: Nerf Forward Smash has a little bit more end lag.
Buff Ryu no longer flinches or gets cancelled by multihitting attacks (such as Cloud's Forward Smash and Kirby's Dair) while using his Down B.
Nerf Bair is a little slower.

Fox: Nerf Up B does less knockback
Nerf Fox's Nair has more landing lag
Nerf Dash attack has more end lag
Nerf Forward Smash and Uo Smash does less knockback

Mr. G&W: Buff G&W is heavier (75 -> 80)
Buff Back Air has more knockback growth but less base knock back, making it a kill move at around 120-130%

DK: Nerf Up Smash is a little slower<br->
