What Gen 2,3 and 5 Pokemon Would Be a Good Character for Smash Bros?
So with 6 Pokemon characters in SSB4, Pokemon has the biggest roster yet in Smash Bros 4 but no representatives from Gen 2, 3 or 5. A majority of them are Gen 1 Pokemon so guys what Pokemon from these gens would suit best for Smash Bros.?
Gen 2: Feraligatr, Typhlosion, Scizor, Heracross, Ursaring, Donphan or Houndoom. Gen 3: Blaziken, Sceptile, Hariyama, Aggron, Manectric, Armaldo, or Absol. Gen 5: Excadrill, Timburr, Golurk, Krookodile, ZOROARK, Fraxure or Haxorus, Druddigon, Bisharp, or Genesect. What do you guys think?
Veteran Characters That Will Not Return
Following one of my other posts here about DLC involving veterans, I have done some research on why these veterans won't return but this doesn't necessarily exclude their chances.
Pichu: This one is obvious, a weaker clone of Pikachu isn't needed
Young Link: No need for him since we already have Toon Link, a better character than Young Link
Roy: 5 Fire Emblem characters may be too much for a small series plus Lucina is already a clone of Marth so Roy may not be needed even though he had fire effects from his sword.
Lucas: I'm very sorry Lucas fans but Lucas will most likely not come back because Ness's customizable special attacks does include Lucas's attacks like PK Freeze and the variations of PK Thunder, PK Fire, and PSI Magnet. Check out N…
What Older Stage Do You Want to See as DLC?
Ok so I asked this with characters and now I'm curious to see what you guys would like about older stages coming back for either version as DLC. I mean the Wii U version is getting a Miiverse stage soon so why stop there? Bring back the older stages and add new ones Nintendo! I want to see: Hyrule Castle, Pirate Ship, Spear Pillar (Palkia should still be a stage hazard but not appear from the Poke Balls in this stage), Big Blue, Frigate Orpheon, and Fountain of Dreams.
What Smash Veteran Do You Want to See as DLC?
So now that Mewtwo, a cut veteran from Melee has returned as DLC, what other cut characters would you guys like to see come back? I mean, I would prefer to have cut characters than new ones because I would like to have the new characters for SSB5 (one or two new characters wouldn't hurt though). I would like to see Roy (Fire Emblem character, not the Koopaling for the 100th time), Lucas, Wolf, Ice CLimbers (Wii U version only) and Snake (if Konami would give Nintendo the rights to use him). I would like Squirtle and Ivysaur back but I would rather have some new Pokemon characters instead of 2 veterans.
