Ultimate Uppercut (究極アッパーカット) is one of Mii Brawler's Neutral Special Moves. It is an uppercut that can be charged for more power. Pressing the Shield button will allow you to save the charge for later use. When fully charged it has an extra long Super Armor effect at the start.
In Ultimate, it was replaced by Flashing Mach Punch.

The Ultimate Uppercut is an excellent option for players that like to get earlier kills with powerful attacks. The move possesses great kill power when fully charged; fully charging it has other benefits as well, such as increased damage when the attack connects and Super Armor frames when the attack is launched. Unfortunately the move is easy to punish if Mii Brawler misses the attack due to the ending lag it has; Mii Brawler is also left exposed to attack while charging up the attack, though this is a smaller threat because Mii Brawler can store by shielding and simply charge it up when it is safer.
