EX Hadouken[]
While this page says Ryu can't charge the Hadouken, I saw him fire off an EX (red, fiery) Hadouken in the Twitch stream. Due to the lag of the stream I couldn't tell if Ryu actually charged the Hadouken, though, so maybe the EX Hadouken is achieved through another method.
EDIT: It appears that Ryu's EX Hadouken is used by entering a certain button combo (which seems to be the same one for Hadouken in the SF series) before pressing the B button.
