I don't know the brand name or anything, but I have two third-party controllers that have turbo functions, and Brawl ignores them. I suggest that Brawl is really picky about controllers that don't "feel" exactly as it's expecting. Toomai Glittershine

I dont know if Turbo Controllers count as Third-Party controllers but i have 2 of them (3 in all) and they work with Brawl. --
