Does anyone know if DK is stuck as a trophy? HyrulePlayer

"DK gets hyper armor during Giant Punch"

I am not an expert, but I believe hyper armor means that the attack is heavily guarded against offensive attacks. I should know! When I was fighting DK once with Sonic, we both did our round up punches and punched at the same time. DK recieved the full damage but did not get any knockback while I ended up being knocked out! Dk's giant punch really protects him from big smashes! LOAP
Hyper Armor or Super Armor is a move that has one or more frames where if they are attacked by someone during those frames they will recieve full damage from the attack but no knock back

Down + B changed?
I think Donkey Kong's Down + B attack is way slower in Brawl than what it was in Melee. Could someone please confirm this or prove it false? UltimateSephiroth91 (talk) 22:25, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
Reason of DK's position drop
The reason Donkey Kong dropped in position is because Bum, one of the best Donkey Kong mains, doesn't play Brawl anymore.
