PSYKO Tested it several times, used different attacks, changed nearly every variable. Did not have intended effect.
MEGA. I tested it on large, but it failed. Go try medium or small.
Weak Keep. This does work; I've tried it and seen videos. And it is technically a glitch, as it can't be explained by the game's physics system. The page needs some work, however.
I've done it. LucasMainer
I don't know about "messing with the game's physics"...surely it's just the fact that they are going so fast, they are never in contact with a wall from one frame to another? JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 16:35, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Let me get this straight.
/=spikes ///////// o=blocks ooooooooo o o o o o o ooooooooo
- I think it's because the game only records a character's position 60 times per second (every frame), and when the launching speed is too fast, the position of that character just "skips" through the wall. Timothyung (talk) 20:11, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
Another example: Training mode, two Meta Knights, one fully enclosed box. On the bottom, have pass through platforms directly under the solids. Use the Drill rush glitch to go through the wall with both Meta Knights. Set one to 999%, then have the other use a smash attack. The 999% Meta Knight will fly through the wall to his death as if the wall was never there.L33t Silvie I see wat u did thar...
