The T-pose glitch is a glitch in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It was found by Glob on Miiverse and was patched in version 1.1.0. MasterOfHyrule on Youtube has modded the glitch back into the game to post this video with all characters.

T-Pose Screen Result Glitch in Super Smash Bros Wii U (AKA T-Stance)

How to do the glitch

By pressing the HOME Button one frame before the victory screen loads, one of the following things may happen:

  • The game might crash.
  • When it goes onto the victory screen, one character or all characters will be in a T-pose.

Some other weird results may happen by not timing it properly like Doc Louis being red and some SFX being disabled Temporarily.

However, due to a patch update, this no longer works.

Trivia

  • If you use Robin and perform the glitch, Chrom will be with his model. Doc Louis will still be with Little Mac The same does not happen for King Dedede.
  • If the glitch is performed by Link or Toon Link, they won't be in a T-Pose but instead appear to run.
  • If the glitch is performed by R.O.B, he won't be in a T-Pose but instead have his arms out to the front.

We still need photos of Mega Man's, Roy's, and Red Doc Louis T-poses.
