Support Spirits have a great variety of different abilities to help the player. Said abilities are often left quite unexplained. It's this page's objective to list all the possible Support Spirit Abilities (which can sometimes also be used by Primary Spirits, mostly Enhanced ones) and explain them more thoroughly. There are many, many Support abilities, meaning this page will take time to complete and will require help from many people to cover every single ability.

"Cost" refers to how many support slots are occupied by a Support Spirit with this ability if they were to be equipped. This, of course, does not apply to Primaries with the same ability. Sections that are empty or in italic need to be filled up. If you were to add an ability to the list, please keep everything in alphabetical order.

Easier Dodging 1 Increases the period of invincibility after dropping from a respawn platform (test is this affects invincibility from a Super Star) and increases the distance covered by directional air dodges. Tiny Kong
Extra Mid-air jump 2 Gives the player another mid-air jump. Yes Ho-oh
Falling Immunity 1 Keeps the player from tripping because of earthquakes and Banana Peels. No Valoo, Dungeon Man
Fast FS Charge 2 Increases the rate at which your Final Smash Meter charges. Ashley
First Strike Advantage 2 After the player with this ability deals the first hit in the game (i.e. hits an enemy before any of his/her teammates do and before any enemies hit him/her or any teammates) they will gain invincibility for a while. Freeze Immunity 2 Makes the player immune to freezing floors and freezing attacks and items, like PK Freeze or Freezie. No

Great Autoheal 3 Recovers some health (specify how much %) every five seconds. Celebi
Hyper Smash Attacks 1 Decreases Smash Attack charge time and increases their damage. Victini
Impact Run 1 Dashing into enemies deals them damage (specify how much %) and small amounts of knockback. Beast Ganon
Instadrop 2 Holding down in mid-air causes the player to drop really quickly to the ground. If the player hits an enemy when falling, said enemy takes minor damage (specify how much %) and knockback. It can be useful to get to the ground quickly and avoid an anti-air attack or fall through an opponent trying to hit you.
Item Equipped 1-3 Starts the battle with that item equipped. Items gotten in this manner are not affected by the Disable Items Battle Item. Octoling, Ramblin' Evil Mushroom
Jam FS Charge 2 Reduces the rate at which the opponent's Final Smash Meter charges. Dr. Wily
Landing Lag 1 Reduces the amount of time the player cannot move or attack after landing from certain aerials or moves in mid-air (test if this reduces the amount of time players can't move after using certain attacks on the ground, like Lucas's Up Smash).
Lava Floor Immunity 2 Gives complete immunity (both in knockback and damage) to lava floors. No Esna
Lava Floor Resist 1 Reduces the damage taken from Lava Floors. However, they will still inflict knockback, meaning they are still problematic. Mechakoopa
Magic Attack ↑ 1 Slightly increases the damage dealt by magic attacks. Yes Soren, Krystal

Move Speed ↑ 1 Slightly increases left and right move speed. Yes
Poison Heals 3 All sources of poison (poison clouds and floors, poisonous attacks like Eiha) will heal the player instead of harming them. No Madama Butterfly
Poison Immunity 2 The player is immune to all sources of poison. No Sakura (Fire Emblem)
Poison Resist 1 Reduces damage taken from poison floors and poison-imbuing attacks like Hocus Pocus or Eiha.
Running Start 2 Gives you increased move speed and damage for a while at the start of the match. Ness's Father
Slumber Immunity 1 The player is immune to sleep-inducing floors and sleeping attacks like Sing. No Yuri Kozukata
