Super Diffusion Beam is R.O.B.'s Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. R.O.B. transforms into a giant laser cannon and shoots a giant laser towards the opponent straight forward that splits into four smaller ones, then does a final shot. It is possible to aim it up and down, like Full Blast and Zero Laser.
