Star Fox 64 (スターフォックス 64, Sutāfokkusu Rokujūyon), known as Lylat Wars in Australia and Europe (due to trademark issues), is the second game in the Star Fox series for the Nintendo 64 console. It was released in Japan on April 27, 1997, in North America on July 1, 1997, and in Europe on October 20, 1997.

The music from the Sector Z and Venom stages were originally from Star Fox 64. Also, a trophy of this game's Andross can be collected in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
