At the beginning of a match, Spiral Mountain will consist of a small platform, with a path spiralling downwards to the left and two soft platforms floating above the main platform to the right and left. After a short amount of time passes, the stage will rotate, potentially leaving the bridge to Gruntilda's Lair, soft platforms floating at different parts of the stage or different parts of the path spiralling downwards in the foreground where they can be interacted with or in the background.
