Changes: Spin Charge

Spin Charge is Sonic's Down B move. It is similar to Sonic's Spin Dash in function, except it can be charged indefinitely by rapidly pressing the B button (much like Sonic's spin dash attack in his respective games). Unlike the Spin Dash, you do not jump after hitting an opponent with this move.
