Solid Snake is a veteran fighter set to appear in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, first playable in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.





Changes from Brawl


  • Snake's logo has been changed to the MetalGearSymbol (1) Alert Symbol.
    • His previous logo was the MetalGearSymbol FOX symbol, which was also the logo for Kojima Productions.

Ground Attacks

  • Has a new down smash from his Brawl iteration, replacing the landmines from Brawl.

Aerial Attacks

  • Forward aerial is faster.

Special Attacks

  • Snake's Final Smash, Grenade Launcher, has been replaced. Instead of manually firing missiles in the foreground, Snake now targets a small area of the stage with a reticle and any fighters inside the reticle will be bombarded by homing missiles that follow them..
