Rainbow Road is a track in the Mario Kart series. Rosalina and Luma's trailer showed Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, DK, and Kirby racing here.
A few days later, It was confirmed to be a stage at least in the 3DS version of the game, but it's still unknown if it will appear in the Wii U version as well or if there will a Wii U version for the upcoming Mario Party 8.
