Ptooie is Piranha Plant’s Neutral Special move. Piranha Plant spits out a spiky, metal ball and keeps blowing it into the air. By tilting the control stick left or right, Piranha Plant blows the ball in that direction, and a connecting strike deals moderate damage with decent knockback.
