Poison Breath is Piranha Plant’s Side Special move. This attack can be charged, and when released, spews a toxic purple cloud that deals no knockback or hitstun, but inflicts massive amounts of damage on anyone who stays within the cloud. This is an excellent tool for whittling down shields as well. Unfortunately, the only practical effects of this attack are when an opponent is in shield-break, in preparation for a smash attack or subsequent Down Special. Also a useful edge-guarding tool.
