PictoChat 2 is a stage in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS based on the PictoChat software for the Nintendo DS. It retains the same general layout as the previous PictoChat stage, but has different drawings (with rivaling variety), each with different effects on gameplay. Two of the drawings include Pac-Man-like shapes that apparently move around the screen (based on Pac-Pix) and a street, which is designed to look like it has depth. R.O.B. is fought here when he is being unlocked.
Drawings
- Warp Pipes - Several Warp Pipes from the Mario series appear. Chararcters who stand on a Warp Pipe for a short time period will be randomly warped to another one.
- Pen & Ink - A feather pen, an ink bottle and a piece of paper appear. The ink bottle and the writings of the pen act as platforms.
- Pac-Man (from Pac-Pix) - Several drawings of Pac-Man appear and randomly move around the stage. Touching them will inflict 12% damage.
- Seesaw - A seesaw appears on the stage. It can be used to determine characters' weight.
- Boots - Walking boots that meteor smash and bury characters appear. Players can stand on the top of the boots.
- Road - The "width" of the road acts as two diagonal platforms. The other parts of the road are purely aesthetic.
- Paper Airplanes - Paper planes that work as platforms fly around. Players can ride them to the Blast Line.
- Car - Lines are drawn to make the stage a walk-off stage. and then a car goes between the Blast Lines. Getting hit by the car inflicts damage and knockback. A sign will appear to warn the player before the car enters the stage. Players can stand on the top of the car.
- Moon
- Policeman
- Clouds - Clouds that work as platforms.
- Bars - Two extra platforms are added to extend the main platform, but they will drop to the lower blast line if characters stand on them too long.
- Escalators - Several escalactors that act as conveyor belts.
- Sunset - A scene of sunset appears. The sea level, the seagulls and the sun can be used as extra platforms.
- Gusty Gus - A large face appears on the main platform and blows a strong wind that pushes characters upwards. The face also acts as a platform.
- Donkey Kong - Extra platforms are drawn to make the stage resemble the first level of Donkey Kong. Also, a drawing of Donkey Kong appears on the top-left and throws barrels that roll down. Touching D.K. and the barrels receive damage.
- Girders
- Wario's noses - Drawings of Wario's nose jump around the platform. Players can stand on them.
- Dolphins - Drawings of dolphins jumping appear. Players can ride them to the Blast Line.
- Tornado - A tornado appears on one side of the stage and moves to the other side. Characters getting caught by it will be sent flying upwards and enter their tumbling animation.Touching the tornado does not receive damage, but characters at high percentages will receive hoop damage and even a KO.
- Sparks - Two platforms appear and three sparks circle the stage(one for each platform, and the third one for the main platform), simillar to the Hothead item. They cause damage upon contact, and sometimes they may also speed up or change their direction.
- Staring Contest - Two men appear in the background and a spark appears between their eyes. Touching the spark receives damage. Sometimes a heart will replace the spark and characters will be healed if they touch it.
- Infinity symbol - An ∞-shaped drawing that acts as a platform.
- Clock - The clock works the same as its Brawl conterpart.
- Shooting stars
- Faucet - A tap releases water that pushes characters. The flowing speed of water is equal to Toon Link's walking speed.

Trivia
- The space under the "now entering" notification is considered solid, as its omega form implies.
- Both the Hothead and the Bombchu item cannot fully circle the main platform, but the spark stage hazard can.
