The Moon is an apocalyptic hazard from the Legend of Zelda series, specifically from the game Majora's Mask. It appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an Assist Trophy.

Trophy Description[]
- High in the sky above the Clock Town Tower, a menacing moon slowly sinks towards the city. Shrouded in mystery and feared by all, it threatens to devour everything and everyone in a cataclysm of fire. Strangely, inside the moon is a beautiful, pristine plain broken by a single tree. The moon breaks after Link defeats Majora's Mask.

As an Assist Trophy[]
The Moon appears as an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. One of the most powerful assist trophies in the game, it comes in from the background of the stage and covers a great portion of it. It makes a very powerful impact and deals repeated damage to fighters it hits before eventually exploding, launching fighters away with great knockback.
The Moon cannot be summoned on the Termina: Great Bay stage as it is already a background element for that stage.
