For the Mii Fighters in general, see Mii Fighter (SSBWU/3DS). For other uses, see Mii. For the other Mii Fighters types, see Mii Swordfighter (SSBWU/3DS) and Mii Gunner (SSBWU/3DS).

Mii Brawlers are one of the three versions of the Mii Fighter. They fight in close-up, hand-to-hand combat.

They previously ranked 56th out of 58 on the tier list. They are currently unranked due to their lack of use in competitive play. They are rather fast, but also have some very powerful strong attacks. However, most of their attacks are very close-range and they only carry one projectile, which does not travel far. None of their three Up specials gain very much distance, which is made worse due to their light weight causing them to get knocked away easier.

Attributes[]

Mii Brawlers fight up close using short-range moves. They are generally faster and physically stronger than their counterparts, the Mii Swordfighter and Mii Gunner.

As with all the Miis, their speed and power are determined by how tall and heavy the Mii is on the console. Smaller Miis are faster, while larger Miis are more powerful.

Gameplay-wise, Mii Brawlers fight similarly to Mario and Luigi, though they borrow some elements from Fox, Zero Suit Samus and Diddy Kong.

Moveset[]

Ground Attacks[]

  • Neutral Attack: Does a rapid punch.
  • Neutral Combo: Does a barrage of punches ended by a side kick.
  • Dash Attack: Extends their leg and knees the opponent.
  • Side Tilt: Does a roundhouse kick.
  • Up Tilt: Does an uppercut.
  • Down Tilt: Does a sweep kick.

Smash Attacks[]

  • Side Smash: Throws a strong straight punch. The punch can be angled upwards or downwards, slightly changing the trajectory of the launched enemy. Has the most ending lag, since by the end, the brawler draws his fist in front of its' face, shaking it.
  • Up Smash: Does a flip kick. Its hitbox has higher priority than most attacks, making it an excellent blow for comboing aerial enemies. Looks similar to Fox's Up Smash.
  • Down Smash: Punches in one direction and kicks in the other. It comes out almost immediately.

  • Neutral Aerial: Sticks their foot out. Sex Kick similar to Mario and Luigi's Neutral Aerial.
  • Forward Aerial: Does two spin kicks. Looks similar to Zero Suit Samus' Forward Aerial.

  • Up Aerial: Flips over with leg outstretched.
  • Down Aerial: Swings both fists underneath them. It is Mii Brawler's strongest aerial, having a Meteor Smash effect if sweetspotted. Looks similar to Diddy Kong's Down Aerial.

Grabs and Throws[]

  • Pummel: Headbutts the opponent.
  • Forward Throw: Delivers a backhand punch to the opponent.
  • Back Throw: Turns and kicks the opponent behind them.
  • Down Throw: Takes them and delivers a powerful chop to the opponent's head/face.

Trophy Description[]

Mii Fighter[]

This fighter is based on a player's Mii. It excels at fighting with punches and kicks. This type of Mii is very agile, blending attacks with movement to get the battle flowing. It has superior dash and jump compared to other types. Stay close and keep whaling on foes--you'll KO them in no time!

Mii Fighter (Alt)[]

Shot Put is the only projectile attack a Mii Brawler can have. It drops quickly and only bounces a tiny bit. Try using it on foes hanging off an edge to knock them off. The down special Head-On Assault can bury enemies in the ground. It also sends the Mii Brawler downwardโ€”don't KO yourself, too!
