For the Mii Fighters in general, see Mii Fighters (SSBU). For other uses, see Mii. For the other Mii Fighters types, see Mii Swordfighter (SSBU) and Mii Gunner (SSBU).

Mii Brawlers are one of the three types of Mii Fighters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, first playable in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. They fight in close-up, hand-to-hand combat.

Attributes[]

Mii Brawlers fight up close using short-range moves. They are generally faster and physically stronger than their counterparts, the Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner.

Gameplay-wise, Mii Brawlers fight similarly to Mario and Luigi, though they borrow some elements from Fox, Zero Suit Samus, and Diddy Kong.

On-Screen Appearance[]

A strong and muscular character bearing the head of a Mii caricature. Fully customizable down to the outfit, moves, and equipment. The Mii's set size is used as well, but not visibly - if the original Mii is short, they are faster, but if they are tall they have more attack power.

Role in World of Light[]

Although the Mii Brawler doesn't appear in the World of Light opening cutscene, they were vaporized and later imprisoned alongside the rest of the fighters (excluding Kirby) when Galeem unleashed his beams of light.

The default Mii Brawler was one of the many fighters that fell under Dharkon's control upon Galeem's first defeat. He can be found in the Sacred Land sub-area after completing an optional time puzzle on the Triforce of Wisdom, which is hinted by an Owl Statue located in the Triforce of Power's section left path, by setting the time to 4:40.

Defeating the Mii Brawler automatically adds the default Mii Brawler under the name "Mii" with a default 1111 moveset to the list of Mii Fighters for all modes where Mii Fighters are usable. This Mii cannot be restored if deleted.

Palette Swaps[]

There are no technical palette swaps to the Mii Brawler, but if you press "A" (or an equivalent) on the render, you can choose the Mii Brawler to play as.

Trivia[]

  • The Mii Brawler, out of all three Mii Fighter types, has had the most special moves replaced, while Mii Swordfighter and Gunner only have one new special added since the previous game.
  • In marketing, the name commonely used for the Mii Brawler is "Chris", as seen from an official Nintendo tweet regarding the Mii fighter creation mode. Its obviously meant to be a generic name and not as the actual official name for the character.
