I don't know much about bots I'm afraid, probably the best place to get information and advice on setting up and using them is the Community Central Forums - of via the contact form linked above of course
Since I'm back due to my aunts stroke I guess we should talk about the admin thing. I believe two admins are good Incase one is way like smashfan said, so far my choices are Smashfan and Oscuritaforze, so in order to see what once is better I believe we should promote them both to rollback and see who handles it the best and is the most active.
Oscurita has said that he will be less active after October. Plus I don't see what's wrong with having more than two additional admins anyway; we shouldn't be confined to a set number. As long as we're both competent, I don't see why we can't both become admins.
Because we already have two admins (even if one is semi active) for a site that only has around 12 users who edit more then five times and are active, three is enough for now. Plus going through the rollback process lets us see how they handle things.
That is a great looking wiki! I think you've chosen the theme and so on really well :) The only thing I would recommend is to reduce the transparency as much as you can (so the background is just visible). Otherwise, it makes the content hard to read
I think your next step is to build up more content. I can't help with that, but it will give you more of a chance to attract people from Google and other search engines. There's more advice at Help:Making a successful wiki and the pages linked there under "more reading"
You can contact me on my message wall there by the way, I'll get notified of new messages just as I do here :)
