Magic Burst is a spell that can be used when the Hero uses his Down Special, Command Selection. It costs however many Mana Points Hero has available when he uses the spell.

Magic Burst creates a giant purple explosion that spreads out from Hero in a similar fashion to the Smart Bomb, dealing massive damage to any opponent caught in it based on how much MP Hero had when using it. Hero can be hit in the short window between the command being executed and actually using Magic Burst, which will cancel the move without restoring MP. If Hero is giant when this move is used, the range of Magic Burst becomes even larger, making an already powerful move utterly devastating. Magic Burst will ignore all solid objects, meaning it can be used to hit opponents behind walls.
