A fighter with many special moves that appear to come from the world of pro wrestling. Incineroar has many moves from its original game, like Darkest Lariat, Cross Chop, and Revenge. Its Final Smash is Max Malicious Moonsault. Let the Z power explode and deliver a powerful blow!

Incineroar is a playable fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game. It was announced as the last unlockable character in the game during the November 1st Smash Direct.

When unlocked, it is fought at the Smash Bros. version of Boxing Ring.

Attributes

Strengths

  • Excellent grabs and throws
  • Aggressive at close combat
  • Darkest Lariat along with effective grabs makes shielding ineffective against Incineroar.
  • High Weight.

Weaknesses

  • No projectiles, dependent on close ranged combat.
  • Most Specials require precision to use effectively.
  • Poses after landing certain attacks. These poses can be cancelled, but can also be a hindrance.
  • Is the slowest character in the game

Moveset

Ground Attacks

Normal

  • Neutral Attack: A combo consisting of a throat thrust (potentially based on its former signature move, Throat Chop), a knee strike, an an uppercut with the forearm.
  • Forward Tilt: A knifehand jab.
  • Up Tilt: An arcing headbutt.
  • Down Tilt: A leg sweep.
  • Dash Attack: A knee strike.

Smash Attacks

  • Forward Smash: A standing dropkick, similar to Bowser's.
  • Up Smash: A double axe handle.
  • Down Smash: A splash, similar to King K. Rool's.

Other attacks

  • Floor Attack (Front): Claws around itself.
  • Floor Attack (Back): Claws around itself.
  • Floor Attack (Trip): Swipes behind itself, then punches forward.
  • Ledge Attack: Swipes forward.

Aerial Attacks

  • Neutral aerial: A ground-facing splash, similar to down smash.
  • Forward aerial: A dropkick, similar to King K. Rool's.
  • Back aerial: A back kick.
  • Up aerial: An arching leg sweep, comparable to the Mii Brawler's.
  • Down aerial: Stomps downwards in a Superman pose.

Grabs and Throws

  • Pummel: Headbutts the opponent.
  • Forward Throw: A giant swing, similar to Mario and Wario's back throw.
  • Back Throw: A German suplex that slams the opponent into the ground.
