This is the SSF tier list, created from computer play, and not from personal opinion/style.
Characters are ranked from the amount of wins they attain in 1 on 1 matches. Each character is set to level 9, three stocks, and plays against one another in a best of 5 round on pokemon stadium. Each game applies to both characters (For example, if Blade wins against Fox, a loss will be recorded for Fox, and a win will be recorded for Blade simultaneously).
Keep in mind that there are some inconsistencies, along with some missing characters, as this list isn't completed yet. If anyone wishes to contribute to the completion of this list, your effort will be greatly appreciated.
The percentage on the side of certain characters indicate their win percentage, used only when two or more characters have an equal win/loss record.
