Charizard using Flare Blitz
Flare Blitz (フレアドライブ Furea Doraibu?, named "Flare Drive") is Charizard's Side Special Move in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. Charizard rushes forward with fire surrounding him, powerfully hitting anything unfortunate to be in Charizard's way. However, just like in the original games, this Fire-typed moves gives recoil damage onto Charizard upon hitting a target.
The move can be customized to Blast Burn or Dragon Rush.
