Unleash a long-ranged beam from the forehead. If the beam hits an opponent, more beams from the wings and chest will be unleashed, covering a wide range and damaging any foes they hit.

—Description from Ultimates Move List.

Final Blaster is Kazuya's Final Smash.

Overview[]

Upon activation, Kazuya transforms into his Devil form and fires a Devil Blaster that traps opponents. It then cuts to brief scene where Devil Kazuya, in a volcanic area, exclaims "ここが貴様の墓場だ!" ("This will be your burial ground!") and fires a barrage of lasers from multiple points on his body (mainly his third eye, chest, and wings). It then cuts back to normal gameplay view, where a continuous stream of lasers fire at the trapped characters, first in a fan-shaped spread before all combining together for a finishing blow.

Much like Burning Sword and Sacred Arrow, the move has to trap an opponent to trigger the remaining attack, and the laser beams can attack any other nearby characters and potentially KO them as well; however, unlike the former two, there is no limit as to how many opponents can be trapped. As the move starts with a Devil Blaster, it is still susceptible to missing short characters or anyone who is ducking.

Tekken 7- Fated Retribution - Devil Kazuya RAGE ART @ 1080p (60ᶠᵖˢ) HD ✔-2

Devil Kazuya's Rage Art in Tekken 7: Fated Retribution.

Final Blaster is an abridged version of Devil Kazuya's secret Rage Art during the story mode for Tekken 7: Fated Retribution; it starts with him immobilizing his opponent with Devil Fist, then launching them upwards with Dragon Uppercut, flying up to them in the air to launch them down to the ground twice, and then finishing them off with a barrage of lasers from his body. Kazuya uses this Rage Art in his final battle against Heihachi Mishima in Tekken 7's story mode, this is referenced in the Final Smash's brief location change, as it took place in the stage Brimstone & Fire, which is located in the mouth of a volcano and the spot Heihachi chose to face his son.

Trivia[]

  • This is the first Final Smash to completely mute the music during its duration.
    • It is also one of five Final Smashes to drown out music, the other four being Konga Beat, Peach Blossom, Waddle Dee Army, and Daisy Blossom. However, all four replace the music with their own unique songs and jingles, as opposed to simply muting it.
    • If the volume for voices and sound effects have been turned all the way down, the music will not be muted.
