Pikachu Libre is a costume available for Cosplay Pikachu in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Pikachu that put on this costume can learn Flying Press. This costume appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as an alternative costume for Pikachu. It also appears as a Fighter Spirit which can be purchased from the shop.
