Fairies are benevolent and peaceful creatures from The Legend of Zelda series. They appear in every installment as assistants to Link, healing him in case of need.
A Fairy appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as Link's taunt. In Super Smash Bros. (Wii U and 3DS) and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate they appear as items, healing whoever picks up the bottle containing them.
In Super Smash Bros. (Wii U and 3DS)[]
The Fairy Bottle appears as an item in Super Smash Bros. 3DS/Wii U. Whoever picks it up will have their damage decreased by 100%, similar to the Heart Container. However, if a fighter picks it up and does not have 100%+ damage, it will simply become a throwing item. If it is thrown at a player with over 99% however, it will heal them.
Trophy Description[]
A bottle that contains a helpful fairy. You can release this fairy to heal 100 points of damage, but only if you have 100% or more. If you don't, you can throw the bottle... Just don't hit a 100% or more enemy, or they'll be healed instead and you'll feel pretty silly.
