Event Match 29: Triforce Gathering is one of the 51 Event Matches in Event Mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Link and Zelda/Sheik team up to fight Ganondorf. The player is Link and the CPU-controlled teammate is Zelda/Sheik, who aids with fighting Ganondorf, also a computer. If Zelda/Sheik is KO'd, the event match will end, and the player will have to try again.
By successfully completing the match, Ganondorf will appear as a challenger, and the player (as Link) will have to fight him on Final Destination. Once Ganondorf is defeated, he is unlocked.

- The song playing in this event match is actually Great Bay's music. This also means that it takes place on the Temple stage from Adventure Mode.
- The name refers to a recurring theme in the Zelda series where Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf possess the three parts of the Triforce.
- This event features Ganondorf even before he is unlocked. However, beating it will give the player a chance to duel Ganondorf.
