Dream Town Hall (うるわしのマイオフィス, My Office of Beauty) is Isabelle's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It is functionally the same as Villager’s Final Smash, Dream Home.
Overview
When Dream Town Hall is used, Isabelle will make a Bell Transaction with Tom Nook before they start building the Town Hall around the trapped opponent dealing 1.4% of damage continuously until 30.4% of damage has been dealt. When they finish the Town Hall, Tom Nook and the Nooklings pose until the building explodes blowing everybody back and dealing 20.1% of damage to those trapped, knocking them back diagonally.
Origin
The concept of Dream Town Hall comes from Animal Crossing: Wild World, Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf where it serves as the building where civic duties are carried out. In Animal Crossing New Leaf, Isabelle is the secretary of the Town Hall.
