Upon initiating, Corrin is granted few [[Invincibility frame|frames of intangibility]], making it a useful [[out of shield]] option. The wings cover a wide range horizontally, and that allows Corrin to drag opponents upwards. Draconic Ascent normally propels Corrin diagonally upwards, though by angling backwards Corrin will be propelled more vertically, while when angling forward Corrin will move more horizontally.
The wings will do damage to opponents. It can be angled left or right for better horizontal distance.

Draconic Ascent grants Corrin a good distance, though it can be a hindrance without his/her [[second jump]], making it a poor recovery option in comparison to other characters. Offensively, Draconic Ascent can be used as a [[KO]] option near the upper [[blast line]].
Draconic Ascent is an excellent combo finisher and KO move. It doesn't get much horizontal movement, so if Corrin is launched far off stage, use Back Air Attack to assist Corrin in recovering; this helps out more with recovery than one might think.

Draconic Ascent is Corrin's Up Special Move. Corrin spreads dragon wings and soars upwards in a blast of water.

Overview

Upon initiating, Corrin is granted few frames of intangibility, making it a useful out of shield option. The wings cover a wide range horizontally, and that allows Corrin to drag opponents upwards. Draconic Ascent normally propels Corrin diagonally upwards, though by angling backwards Corrin will be propelled more vertically, while when angling forward Corrin will move more horizontally.

Draconic Ascent grants Corrin a good distance, though it can be a hindrance without his/her second jump, making it a poor recovery option in comparison to other characters. Offensively, Draconic Ascent can be used as a KO option near the upper blast line.
