Dr. Mario using Doctor Finale in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U.
Doctor Finale is Dr. Mario's Final Smash. It is the same as Mario Finale, but is stronger and instead of fire, Dr. Mario launches giant-sized Megavitamins, which means that there is no fire effect. The sound is also different, as this sound makes the normal Megavitamin contact sound.
