Sakurai stated the Screenshot "Here's Dillon from Dillon's Rolling Western!! He may rival Sonic in the art of rolling" This might be references to a Sonic The Hedgehog character called Mighty the Armadillo which Dillon is very resemble to Mighty's appearance. Sakurai also said that "rival sonic in the art of rolling" It's because both of them always spinning/rolling around like a ball(also as a common attack of their own).
