Diddy Kong (ディディーコング, Dīdī Kongu) is a main character from the Donkey Kong series who debuted in Donkey Kong Country for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. He has starred a few titles, such as Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest, also for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Diddy Kong Racing for the Nintendo 64, and Diddy Kong Racing DS for the Nintendo DS. He is said to be Donkey Kong's nephew (despite being of different species), and he is known for his fast running and climbing speed.

Diddy Kong is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He uses many unique special attacks, such as his Rocketbarrel Boost, and Peanut Popgun attacks, both of which are used in his Final Smash, the Rocketbarrel Barrage.

Donkey Kong's little buddy. He's famous for his quickness and his long tail. He usually plays second banana to DK, but he teamed up with his girlfriend, Dixie, to rescue DK when he got captured. He's spent some time playing music and competing in races, and he's also an expert at using barrels.
