Cuccos is a new item announced to appear in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. They come from the Legend of Zelda-series as an animal species.

Cuccos are based on a Gallus Gallus Domesticus, otherwise known as the Chicken. Though the name is similar to Cuckoo, it is based on a chicken.
