Entrance: Klonoa and Huepow appear, followed by Klonoa saying "Come on, Let's Go"
Neutral Attack: Klonoa punches the opponent, then follows up with an upward hit from his ring. The second hit pops opponents into the air.
Side Tilt: A forward roll. This attack has two hit points.
Up Tilt: Klonoa hops with his fists in the air.
Down Tilt: A sliding drop kick. There is a sweespot located toward the bottom of Klonoa's shoes.
Dash Attack: Klonoa slides forward with his ring outstretched in front of him.
Forward Smash: Klonoa summons his Beam Sword from his ring and slashes forward
Up Smash: Klonoa thrusts his ring upward causing a small explosion.
Down Smash: Klonoa drives his ring into the ground causing an explosion.
Neutral Aerial: Standard sex kick.
Forward Aerial: A downward Beam Sword swing from Klonoa's ring.
Back Aerial: Klonoa spins around 4 times with his Beam Sword outstreached dealing damage with each spin, before finishing off with a small explosion that propels him forward.
Up Aerial: Superman pose. Klonoa outstretches his body.
Down Aerial: Klonoa swings his ring downward. Has a spike hitbox near the bottom.
Grab: Relatively short grab range.
Pummel: Flails with his opponent in his grasp. Results in opponent breaking free.
Forward Throw: Throws opponent forward with both hands.
Back Throw: Klonoa's strongest throw. While holding an opponent, Klonoa rises into the air while spinning. The release has high knockback.
Up Throw: Klonoa spins before throwing the opponent upward.
Down Throw: Klonoa hits his opponent with his ears before bouncing backward.
Neutral Special: Wind Bullet - Klonoa uses his ring to pick up an opponent and throw them forwards. He can also jump with an opponent in tow, allowing him to throw the opponent downward.
Side Special: Boomerang - Klonoa charges a shuriken attack which will launch forward and hit any targets in its path. The projectile will bounce off of walls and obstacles and can be thrown diagonally downwards if falling.
Up Special: Beam Gnome - Klonoa charges forward in a straight line, knocking targets in his path upwards, and reflecting any projectile he comes into contact with. If Klonoa is in the air, he will spin upwards before slowing to a stop.
Down Special: Hammer - Klonoa takes out the Hammer and swings downwards. Using it on the ground spikes.
Final Smash: Thunder Hurricane - Klonoa jumps into the air saying: "Let's Go!" and twirls very quickly making his ears appear as if they were helicopter rotors and then shouts: "THUNDER! HURRICANE!" as summons many bolts of lighting to strike down onto the stage.
Taunt 1 – Klonoa will fold his arms and wind blows his ears backwards.
Taunt 2 – Klonoa tosses the Wind ring high into the sky and catches it. while saying: "Wahoo! Come on, Let's go!"
Taunt 3 – Klonoa yawns then stretches.

Yep, another moveset from months ago; will like to shine on it now since it's been a while or something.. Without further ado, let's do this.
Entrance: Exit Die House
Normal A - A: Punch, Push.
Side Tilt: Claps like he does to spawn a Parriable Dice.
Up Tilt: Punches upwards
Down Tilt: Pokes forward with a Pool Stick.
Dash Attack: Spins then does a “Voilá!” pose.
Side Smash: Slaps forward aggresively.
Up Smash: Juggles Cards from side to side and they go above King Dice, this is repeated 2 times, before he puts them back in his sleeve.(edited)
Down Smash: Kicks forward, then lunges backwards and kicks harder.
Nair: Spins like Pirouletta.
Fair: Kicks forward.
Uair: Claps upward
Bair: Slashes backwards with a Spades card
Dair: Kicks the ground midair.
Grab: He sends out little cards to come at the opponent, like Olimar’s Grab where he uses the Pikmin to grab.
Pummel: King Dice pokes the opponent with a Pool Stick at their Belly Button.
Forward Throw: King Dice dashes forward and shoulder charges through the opponent.
Up Throw: King Dice lurks underground and jumps back up under the opponent, like Inkling’s Up Throw.
Back Throw: King Dice throws the opponent like a disc behind him.
Down Throw: King Dice steps on the opponent’s face and forces them down like he does in Mr. Wheezy’s defeat animation.
Neutral Special: Card throw - He throws a Big Card in front of him and it deals sharp damage, acts like Greninja’s Neutral B at full charge, except this one is instant, but takes a few seconds to recharge.
Side Special: Casino Assistant - King Dice sends out any of the 9 Casino Bosses and they all do something different, Tipsy Troop spills alcohol across the floor and induces tripping. Chips Bettigan separates himself while spinning and moves forward. Mr. Wheezy rises up and spits a fireball that circles around. Pip and Dot send out a Domino Bird that flies towards the opponent. Hopus Pocus does the Skull Trick and they close in, it only works when the opponent is near. Phear Lap unleashes a Blue Present from his ribs. Pirouletta spins around and some balls are flunged onto both sides. Mangosteen fires a Plasma Ball forward and lastly, Mister Chimes claps his cymbals in front of him dealing a huge stun but is pretty weak, good for starting off combos.
Up Special: Card Bounce - A Card summons underneath King Dice and he jumps off it, but it doesn’t go that high, it’s literally just an extra jump.
Down Special: Hi-De-Hole - King Dice jumps and spins with his arms facing upwards and a shadow on the ground appears, and you can command where to move it, if King Dice jumps into the surface again underneath the opponent, the Opponent is launched up high.
Final Smash: Death Bet - King Dice grabs the opponents near him from either side, and uses his Hi-de-hole to transport them to The Devil’s Casino, King Dice telling The Devil to finish the Opponents off and the Devil grabs them by the legs and he kills them before the cinematic ends and they’re all back to normal again.
Taunts: King Dice has some pretty cool animations both in the Die House and the cutscenes, so let’s bring them here. 1st taunt is that he looks away and covers what’s in front of him with his palm looking only with his eyes. 2nd taunt is that he sings “I’m Mister King Dice, i’m the gamest in the land”. 3rd taunt is he places a finger-gun shaped hand infront of his chin and looks upwards, he’s thinking about something fishy with the opponent.
Victory Animations: The victory theme is a sped up version of the Die House theme on the part where it’s at the part where King Dice says “I never play nice, i’m the Devil’s right hand man!” then it cuts off. 1st victory is King Dice showing the screen the contract of the opponent. 2nd Victory is that he attacks Cuphead and his soul flies away in defeat, just like Piranha Plant’s victory where he chomps Mario. 3rd victory is that he chats with the Devil about stuff, and they laugh after Dice tells a joke.
Alternate Costumes: King Dice origins from one of the greatest indie platformers i’ve found in 2017 so I think his ones are special. 1st Costume is King Dice himself, 2nd Costume is based off The Devil’s color schemes, 3rd Costume is based off the Color Schemes of the Yellow and white Cuphead wallpaper, 4th costume is based off of Cuphead’s Color Schemes, 5th Costume is based off of Mugman’s Color Schemes, 6th Costume is based off of Elder Kettle’s Color Schemes, 7th Costume is based off of Ms. Chalice’s Color Schemes, and 8th Costume is King Dice in Black and White, throwback to the style of cartoons in the 1920s.
