This is a character moveset idea thing for Goku. I might make this into a series, I dunno. Some of these moves were inspired by fangames Super Smash Bros. Crusade and Super Smash Flash 2.
Jab: Punch, punch, upper kick
Forward Tilt: Makes a hand gesture with two pointing fingers before punching. This paralyzes anyone hit
Down Tilt: A kick towards the ground. Has a sweetspot at the foot that spikes
Up Tilt: An uppercut
Dash Attack: An elbow strike
Forward Smash: Multiple punches (oraoraora) that end with a single punch
Up Smash: An uppercut with 2 explosion hitboxes, one in front of Goku, one diagonally above him, with the first one sending the opponent towards the last one
Down Smash: Makes 2 Ki spheres appear on each hand
Neutral Air: 3 spin kicks
Forward Air: A hammerfist that spikes
Backward Air: Does 3 kicks behind him
Up Air: An overhead kick
Down Air: Feet Kamehameha, sends him downward to the ground, spikes
Z-Air: Flight, will fly a set distance in a direction that can be controlled
Pummel: A simple punch
Forward Throw: Pushes his opponent forward with Ki
Backward Throw: Dragon Throw
Upward Throw: Uppercuts his opponent upward, then teleports to them and kicks them away
Downward Throw: Solar Flare, paralyzes his opponent
Neutral Special: Kamehameha, can be angled upward or, if airborne, downward, hovers in one spot when used in the air, hold button to charge, press attack button to warp to another place
Side Special: Shoots 2 Ki blasts from hands, input like a Smash Attack to shoot 6 Ki blasts that track opponents
Up Special: Instant Transmission, direction depends on where you press on your dpad, doesn't put Goku in freefall
Down Special: Super Saiyan. Goku will have a bar above his damage counter, similar to Little Mac's KO Meter. The meter will fill when Goku gives damage, takes damage, or when he holds Down-B. In order to transform into his Super Saiyan state, you must press Down-B when the meter's full. Goku will stay transformed for 30 seconds or until he loses a life
Down Special (Super Saiyan): An auto combo. Goku will dash forward and kick his opponent behind him, then punch them, then kick them 4 times, then kick them downward, spiking them. Using this move will shorten Goku's Super Saiyan duration by 15 seconds
Final Smash: Super Spirit Bomb. Goku will use Solar Flare, paralyzing anyone mid range. He will then teleport into the air and send down a Super Spirit Bomb, hitting multiple times before exploding. This Spirit Bomb can hit non-paralyzed opponents, is about as big as Final Destination, but can be blocked.
Final Smash (Super Saiyan): Dragon Fist. Goku will fly forward putting anyone hit in a cinematic. He'll then go Super Saiyan 3 and jump upward, turning himself into a golden dragon that sends his opponents flying. Is a One-Hit Knockout
Special Abilities: Can hover
Up Taunt: Smiles and makes a victory sign with his hands
Side Taunt: Jumps on Nimbus and says "Let's have a good fight!"
Down Taunt: Charges up his Ki and releases it, similar to one of Hero's taunts
Up Taunt (Super Saiyan): Thrusts his head forward and yells
Side Taunt (Super Saiyan): Briefly goes Super Saiyan 3
Down Taunt (Super Saiyan): Charges up his Ki and releases it, similar to one of Hero's taunts
