Groudon (グラードン Gurādon en japonés) es uno de los Pokémon que pueden salir al usar una Poké Ball en Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Perfil
Groudon es un Pokémon legendario nativo de la región de Hoenn. En la Pokédex se le describe como el creador de los continentes. Mantiene una gran rivalidad con Kyogre y cuando estos se enzarzan en una pelea, Rayquaza es el responsable de apaciguarlos. Es el Pokémon más pesado que existe (950,0 kg, llegando a los 999,7 kg al transformarse en Groudon primigenio).
En Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Al salir de la Poké Ball, usa Sofoco, y se quedará en el sitio en el cual ha sido lanzada la Poké Ball. Todo el que lo toque, recibirá un 10% de daño; sin embargo, tiene bajas probabilidades de dar K.O. El tamaño de Groudon es inmenso y ocupa gran parte del espacio en un escenario, por lo que fácilmente algún personaje puede resultar quemado al acercársele. Groudon no hace daño a quien lanzó la Poké Ball.

Habita generalmente a muchos kilómetros bajo tierra, rodeado de magma. Este Pokémon de temible rugido puede arrollar por completo a sus enemigos con su Terremoto. La batalla que libró una vez con KYOGRE alcanzó proporciones épicas.
